This was a very recent entry into our salad list at home, but it has become the most favored one quickly. It is very simple to make with very few ingredients. You can add some cooked chickpeas(channa) or Soy beans for a more heartier bowl.
Pineapple – 1
Cherry tomatoes – 20
English cucumbers – 2
Pepper & salt to taste
- Cut up the pineapple, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers into bite size pieces.
- Add salt and pepper according to your palate.
- Toss it up and enjoy!!!!!
